Mr. Raajeshh Vaddera is a graduate in Engineering and has been passionately working in the field of education since 2009. He set up his own academy in the year 2012 and has been successfully running it till date.
As the visionary Director of Mind Molders, he envisages the holistic development of every child. Understanding that the most critical grasping capabilities develop by the age of six, he desires to contribute the essence of his vast experience to children right from the tender age of 13 months.

Ms. Vinieta Vaddera is a Master Degree holder in English literature and a craft designer. She is associated with academics and administration since 2005. Her creativity and passion in craft designing helps create the infrastructure for longer sustainability and betterment of children.
What makes her unique is her VISION to create interactive ambience and space for peer learning.
She firmly believes in the fact that children should not only learn from books, but build their own world of learning by experiencing, questioning and exploring new ideas. A rare blend of craft designing and academia that she has, makes her look into the crucial designing of infrastructure, syllabi and pedagogy for children to the apex.
